Don't Lower Your Expectations

These days, there is a lot of talk about people having to lower their expectations in all aspects of service.  If you go into a restaurant, they are under staffed, in a grocery store there are sporadic products out of stock,  and shopping for anything means longer lines, longer lines, less product and less staff.
