A flooded basement, a fire damaged kitchen and a moldy bathroom all need attention. The proper attention. Here at SERVPRO of White Plains and New Rochelle we have the experience and training to handle any job that comes our way. What do you do if you have a flooded basement? First get the source of the leak repaired by a professional or if it is storm related, wait for the storm to pass. Then give us a call we will come and extract the water and remove any of the affected materials and set up drying equipment. Our Project Managers will monitor drying until your home is completely dried out. If you need rebuild services we also offer that as well too. A one stop shop.

If you have fire and soot damage, we can handle that too. We will clean all surfaces with approved chemicals and sponges to remove all the soot. We will catalog any affected items and set up air scrubbers to help eliminate the smell of smoke. We will also discard any damaged item after cataloging it for insurance purposes. We can also offer painting and rebuilding after the clean up process is complete.

A moldy bathroom can be handled by us. First a mold test will need to be done by the proper Mold Tester or Hygienist . If the results say there is a significant issue we will follow the cleaning and removal protocol set up by the Hygienist and clean the affected area and remove anything that needs to be removed. We will also install air scrubbers with HEPA filters to clean the air of the excess mold spores. After the cleaning process there will be another test to make sure the mold spore levels are where they should be. If the test is passed then the bathroom can be put back together.
