Late spring and early summer backyard oasis time!

 The sun is out and the temperatures are rising, which makes us here at SERVPRO of White Plains and New Rochelle happy. We get to work outside during the work week and enjoy our  backyard patios during the weekend. The upkeep on our backyard spaces can be grueling and expensive at times but the end result is so worth it. An oasis to call our own to enjoy after work and during the weekends.

 During the process of keeping our outdoor spaces in decent shape we maintain the lawn by watering them with sprinklers or move ground to make spaces enjoyable and to our liking. In the process of maintaining or upgrading these spaces, we can leave our homes susceptible to water intrusion. Whether it is from sprinklers placed too close to the home, dirt that has been pulled away from the home to waterproof the foundation, or filling the pool these activities can create a water event in our home by over watering of the yard and the excess water finding its way into the basement, a fast moving thunderstorm drops excessive amounts of water and the foundation is not being protected by the dirt or the pool is overfilled and water runs back into the house. If you do have a water issue this late spring into the summer , we are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can continue to enjoy your outdoor space while we take care of your indoor space.
