Evicted tenant leaves everything behind

A local business owner called us in to clean out a rented spaced in a retail space connected to other spaces in which the tenant was evicted. A fire in a neighboring business spewed smoke and soot into this business. The tenant did not have insurance to cover their contents and due to the amount of contents the walls and ceilings could not be cleaned properly. The landlord evicted the tenant a few months after the fire because they could not sell their goods to pay the rent, leaving the landlord with the responsibility of cleaning the space. Stay tuned for the after video in a week or so. After clearing out all of the merchandise our crew will be cleaning the soot damaged floors,walls and ceilings.
