Heavy rains flooded the basement.

When a line of heavy storms moved through the area , the intense downpours ended up contributing to the flooded of this homeowners basement. When the flooding initially started the homeowners sump pump was able to keep up with the water coming in. Unfortunately the sump pump suffered a mechanical failure and stopped working which led to a few inches of standing water in the homeowners basement along with dirt,mud and debris .

When they called us in our experienced and trained technicians were able to pump out the standing water quickly , discard any unsalvageable  items and clean up the residual dirt from the storm leaving the homeowners basement "Like it never even happened."
