Ceiling removal in kitchen

A freshwater feed line into an upstairs toilet leaked and burst spraying water all over the guest bathroom. The burst water line saturated the bathroom floor,the vanities and a portion of the walls. The water then made its way downstairs saturating the kitchen ceiling. 

Our experienced and certified technicians protected the unaffected cabinetry, island and flooring  by covering it with heavy plastic sheeting. After tearing out the ceiling we were able to place dehumidifiers and air movers to dry out any remaining moisture.
