Toilet fill line leaking

The upstairs bathroom toilet fill line was leaking and undetected for a few days . The water saturated the floor upstairs and completely saturated the ceilings and walls downstairs.

The crew removed all of the affected walls and ceilings and fixtures from the lower level of the home and installed drying equipment to handle the excess moisture.

Our crew had to pack out the entire house down stairs to prevent any of the high quality furniture pieces and belongings from being affected by the demolition. We packed out and moved the entire contents to our secure storage facility and will move it back once the job is completely done.
