Bursting Pipes

This home was on the market to be sold as was in process of having an offer submitted when the realtor found some of the ceilings on the first floor had fallen down and water was dripping through the floor above. They called us immediately.

Upon our initial inspection we were told the leak was not spotted and they don't know where the water had come from. After looking through the home and not seeing any visible leaks , we were able to direct the realtor to a reputable plumber to find the source of the water. That inspection revealed that the baseboard heaters throughout the home were leaking at various points. They had burst due to freezing and the oil tank was empty in the basement.

We removed all the walls, ceilings and floors throughout the house . We were able to dry out residual moisture with our drying equipment.
