Hot Water Heater leak

The homeowner called us when their hot water heater went after hours and because of previous work with the customer we were able to continue our working relationship with them. 

The entire basement was saturated including carpet, pad and some of the drywall. We removed all the affected materials and allowed our drying equipment to dry out the rest of the space.

Due to the customers sensitive allergies we also installed a containment door and zipper at the top of the steps to prevent any of the circulating air from our equipment from going upstairs and affecting their allergies and breathing. They customer was very happy with the work we did and pleased with the consideration we had for them and their home.
